Login Problems - If you for get your password, you can get the system to send you a new one by following the 'Forgot my Password' link on the login form. The system creates a random 10 digit number and sets this as your password.... more

Missing Padlock - Occasionally when you enter a page which should be secure (such as the Checkout), you may find the PADLOCK which your browser uses to show security state, is missing. Pop-Ups - The low down - Our site uses Pop-up screens to display detailed images if you request to see them while browsing through the product catalogue. If your windows pop up blocker is set to "High" mode, these pop-ups will be prevented from appearing and you will lose out on valuable additional information.
